Job Description
Support the Reds Community Fund (RCF) with a variety of duties and responsibilities, such as marketing the RCF’s outreach and fundraising events.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work as part of the RCF social media team to develop and post content that maximizes engagement and amplifies the community fund objectives.
- Write entertaining, accurate social media copy and interact with our audience in an authentic voice.
- Stay up to date with current trends happening on various platforms.
- Contribute innovative ideas for new projects and campaigns.
- Help staff RCF events at the ballpark and off-site locations, including the Reds Youth Academy.
- Coordinate MLB’s Play Ball Weekend events (June 14-16).
- Provide support for major fundraising events on event day.
- Other general clerical tasks as needed.

Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree or working towards a degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Excellent communication, writing and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate and work as a member of a team.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong knowledge and familiarity with X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Detail oriented, deadline driven and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and photo editing/clipping experience a plus.
