Job Description
- Manage all day-to-day Food & Beverage operations in coordination of budgeted figures and to proper financial standards
- Lead all daily Food & Beverage preparation and shut down processes
- Ability to assist in the design of menus in coordination of pricing and food cost standards
- Establish policies internally to provide excellent customer service
- Responsible for all aspects of the stadium concessions, catering and vending operation
- Establish and enforce Food and Beverage policies in accordance to health and safety regulations
- Supervision, training, and scheduling of game day staff
- Forecasting and budgets pertaining to F&B operation
- Responsible for achieving the budgeted COGS% for the entire concession and catering operation.
- Analyzes financial results for the concession and catering operations relative to budgeted goals.
- In coordination with the Executive Director of F&B be able develop, maintain and administer an organizational plan for the club’s food & beverage operations
- Coordination between all departments of the organization
- Develop and be instrumental creative strategies to increase revenues.

Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Hospitality related field or Sports
Administration - Experience in the hospitality field, event management, or facility management
- Server certified or the ability to obtain certification
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment & prioritize and handle multiple projects
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work scheduled hours including evenings, weekends and select holidays during the baseball season and continuously work in a fast-paced environment
