Job Description
Ticket Sales Account Executive is responsible for selling and servicing new accounts, creating new ideas to increase ticket sales, and working all home games to support ticket sales initiatives and promotions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sell SPHL hockey ticket products with primary focus on season ticket plans and secondary focus on group tickets and corporate outings
- Build relationships to provide repeat business
- Focus on customer-centered service
- Make a minimum of 50 cold calls per day to area companies and consumers to sell group tickets, season tickets, and partial plan packages
- Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications Required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Manage multiple relationships well
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Aggressive, competitive, and committed
- Highly motivated with effective time management skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the area of ticket sales
