Job Description
- Responsible for the set-up and display of merchandise location, selling product, stand
- cleanliness, performing inventories and settling cash and credit cards sales at the conclusion of each event.
- Ensure that customers are serviced at the highest level of customer service.
- Responsible to follow arena and department policies and procedures
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times.
- Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned or as they become evident.
- Product knowledge and stock replenishment.

Qualifications Required
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service/retail sales experience is preferred.
- Point of Sale Terminal (POS) system/cash handling experience preferred.
- Must stand and sell merchandise to customers during shift.
- Some lifting of boxes is necessary, up to forty (40) pounds.
- Be able to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
