Job Description
- This position will lead Corporate Partnerships strategy execution and day-to-day operation of the department including directly managing sponsorship sales professionals
- Actively lead the sales effort of securing corporate partnerships including sales presentations, meetings, activation and relationship-building
- Establish annual department budgets and goals
- The candidate must possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of how to work with brands to create mutually beneficial corporate partnerships that resonate with our passionate fan base
- Be a senior sales leader in the organization, effectively drive targeted results and provide leadership and support to empower each junior sales team member’s professional success
- Represent the company and Corporate Partnerships department in a first-class manner to the local, regional and national business community

Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Business, Management, Sports Management or related field preferred, or a combination of experience and some college or industry certification(s) is preferred.
- 4+ years of Corporate Partnership or Sponsorship sales experience required.
- Ability to analyze a client’s traditional, digital and non-traditional marketing needs based on client’s targets and objectives and tailor an integrated marketing solution to meet those needs.
- Ability to adapt your style and delivery to meet the needs of the client.
