Job Description

  • Generate revenue using all sales methods, including cold calls, prospecting/research, referrals, personal appointments and person-to-person contact at Crunch games
  • Sell full portfolio of Crunch assets including sponsorship, suites, party stage, full and partial season tickets, flex packages, group tickets and special ticket plans year-round
  • Be day-to-day contact and manage contract fulfillment for several current corporate partners to ensure that clients receive superior service
  • Coordinate and attend sponsor events
  • Assist with game day events and activations for corporate partners, including but not limited to special activations, pregame, in-game and intermission promotions, hospitality events, promotional activations and displays
  • Collect, analyze, prepare and deliver proof of performance materials for partners throughout the year
  • Work with internal departments to identify and develop new sponsorable inventory
  • Assist in networking strategies, including booking team executives for community speaking engagements
  • Identify opportunities to enhance sales assets, plans and processes to deliver partner results

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Desire to start and grow a career in the sports industry
  • Prior experience in sales, account management or service is preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to function in fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Available to work flexible hours including holidays, evenings and weekends
  • Position is required to work all home games
