Job Description
This is an exciting time for the Titans as we embark on the task of building, marketing, and selling a new stadium. The Manager of Consumer Insights will report to the Vice President of Marketing Strategy & Insights and will work closely with the Marketing, Content & Creative, Broadcast, Fan Engagement, Ticket Sales, Season Ticket Memberships, Premium Sales & Service and Business Strategy & Analytics teams to develop and analyze data-driven marketing campaigns to ensure a positive impact in generating revenue, retention, and fan engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced strategic insights on all marketing and sales campaigns with a focus on optimizing marketing channel performance, maximizing ROI, increasing fan engagement, and identification of major behavioral drivers for customers.
- Utilize data from cross-channel marketing platforms to generate reports and dashboards that track key metrics and support data-driven decision making.
- Build, deliver, analyze, and optimize audience segments for marketing campaigns across digital marketing channels and platforms.
- Assist on the development of marketing campaign strategy with a focus on audience segmentation, customer journeys, promotional tactics, and attribution to achieve increased revenue, campaign optimization, lead generation and brand growth.
- Create and maintain survey strategy to gather customer, prospect and fan sentiment, behavior, and trends. This includes conducting statistical analysis and the development of dashboards and presentations on findings.
- Conduct detailed audience analysis and profiling to understand our customers and fan base.
- Oversee marketing attribution strategy including implementation audits, marketing effectiveness analysis and the development of media mix and attribution modeling.
- Develop, implement, and analyze A/B testing and other experiments to optimize conversion funnels, landing pages and personalization in marketing campaigns.

Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Sports Management, or equivalent degree/experience.
- 5+ years of experience and in-depth knowledge in consumer insights, digital marketing analytics or a similar role, with a track record of driving data-based improvements.
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting to all levels of the organization.
- Detailed understanding of consumer behavior and marketing analytics with the ability to influence business or marketing strategy.
- Strong SQL experience with an ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and relational databases.
- High level of problem-solving ability, thinks creatively and utilizes all available resources to deliver quality analysis and actionable insights.
