Job Description
The Promotions Manager is responsible for all game day promotions and the planning and execution of a variety of marketing initiatives for our team. Candidates must have previous MiLB experience in a promotions role to be considered.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- In this role you will collaborate with the Sr. Director Marketing with the management and planning and executing of all promotional and theme nights for our team.
- Fully responsible for developing, planning, scripting, and executing all in-game entertainment, marketing, and team sponsorship requirements.
- In this role you will be closely collaborating with Corporate and Ticket Sales to design and distribute promotional products and giveaways.
- In this role you will work in coordination with video production staff with all ideas related to producing all elements of in-game experience including videos, music, graphics and promotional initiatives.
- Work with internal departments and external vendors to plan and execute “all-inclusive” theme nights and promotional calendar for all home games and events.
- Create and prepare all relevant information for game and production staff meetings.
- Schedule and book entertainment acts, while maintaining an annual budget.
- Scheduling and preparing all pre-game, in-game and post-game promotions.

Qualifications Required
- Candidate must have at least four to five years of experience working in an MiLB promotions role.
- Candidate must have management experience, specifically with hiring seasonal staff.
- Candidate should have a strong sense of self awareness with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Candidate ideally should have experience in community relations and community related branding.
- Experience in graphics a plus!
- Excellent writing and presentation skills are a must.
