Directly manage, coordinate, and safeguard all player and coach (and Club leadership/ownership, as needed) travel, meal logistics, matchday/match preparation, and equipment needs in accordance with League/Club guidelines and commercial partner mandates
Provide a consistent range of support to player/player families (and coach/coach families) as player (and coaches) assimilate in geographical market during their tenure as members of the Club
Assist with the collaboration and exchange of information between Soccer Operations and Business Operations
Assist the General Manager in their course of supporting Club leadership in the formation of Soccer Operation plans
Assist the General Manager with enforcing Club Rules and League Rules applicable to Club players and/or coaching staff
Oversee relationships with external vendors in the soccer operations department (Teamworks, Wyscout, etc.)
Oversee the Player Visa process for new and current players and maintain working relationship with immigration lawyer and their contacts
Serve as the leader of the Soccer Operations department, managing multiple direct reports, ensuring their performance meets Club standards and providing mentorship and management
Oversee Soccer Operations department spending, ensuring compliance with budget targets

B.A./B.S., or equivalent work experience in an administrative or operational role.
3-5 years’ experience working for a professional sports team
3-5 years’ experience supervising direct reports in a positive environment with the proven ability to lead with integrity and efficiency
Spanish/English bilingual skills are preferred
Proficiency in Google Suites applications and preferred high proficiency in Google Sheets and PowerPoint
Knowledge of current industry technologies and commitment to remain up to date with best practices in the field
An outstanding work ethic with an eye for detail, and extremely well organized
The ability to regularly lift up to 50lbs
The ability to remain on your feet and stand comfortably for several hours at a time
