Job Description
The Event Staff members are responsible for the operations of all weekend events and tournaments that are hosted at the WSFS Bank Sportsplex. This is a part-time, hourly position, which will not exceed 29 hours per week. Weekend availability is a requirement.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Individuals will serve as the main point of contact for tournament and event directors.
- Open and close gates for outside groups.
- Turn field lights on and off when needed.
- Ensure all fields are clean at the conclusion of each event.
- Turn on portable lights around the complex.
- Enforce parking rules and expectations.
- Monitor trash cans on fields and empty them when necessary.
- Prepare fields for major events.

Qualifications Required
- PA Child Abuse History clearance
- PA State Police Criminal Records Check
- An FBI Criminal Background Check
- SafeSport Certification
