Job Description

The FC Tulsa Account Executive must be a driven and positive individual who is committed to becoming a sports and entertainment sales leader. This position reports directly to the Sr. Vice President, Ticket Sales, Partnerships, & Community Relations and the primary focus of this position is generating revenue through the sale of FC Tulsa season ticket packages, groups, single match suites, and mini plans. All relationships will be derived from making outbound calls, prospecting, attending networking events, and scheduling face-to-face meetings at ONEOK Field or out of the office.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Generate revenue through the sale of new season ticket memberships, mini-packs, group tickets, and single match suites
  • Maintain daily/weekly hustle metrics
  • Set appointments, show seats, and give stadium tours with the intent to close business
  • Work games, nights, weekends, and holidays as assigned (i.e. answer phones, work sales booths, visit clients)
  • Represent the organization at in-house stadium events and off-site community events promoting sales
  • Prospect and qualify all potential sales opportunities in addition to the leads provided
  • Contact leads or new group and season ticket package through outbound sales efforts
  • Provide excellent customer service to prospects and current Season Ticket Members over the phone and during games and events
  • Attend weekly meetings and actively participate in training sessions
  • Attend networking, marketing, and community events as needed
