Job Description
- Lead scheduling consultant for all Student Athletic Therapists – ensure all student volunteers are qualified and screened according to Volleyball Canada standards.
- Assist with the startup of the Next Gen/Senior team program including athlete communication, form collection and monitoring, gear distribution etc.
- Responsible for the disbursement and accurate inventory of all required team equipment (ex.
uniforms, shoes, track suit, training clothes, balls, TV’s, ball cart etc.) - Support with the coordination of all required modules and e-learnings, including keeping up to date records of completion.
- Point of contact for on-site, day-to-day inquiries by athletes & staff
- Provide support for all travel arrangements for domestic & international tours.
- Assist with preparation of team documentation, and tour packing.
- Ensure all necessary documentation required for each competition is completed and collected/filed as per deadlines.

Qualifications Required
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a pleasant and professional manner both verbally and in writing with staff, athletes, volunteers, suppliers and the general public.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment in a fast-paced environment
with many conflicting priorities. - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Ability to show leadership to build and maintain excellent working relationships.
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn on the job and take initiative.
- Event experience in a sport setting either as a participant or volunteer would be considered an asset.
