Job Description
The Stadium Operations Daytime Maintenance Staff position is a part-time/seasonal game day position with the Hudson Valley Renegades, High-A affiliate of the New York Yankees. The Daytime Maintenance Staff are responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of Heritage Financial Park in the morning and during the day before gamedays and non-gameday events, such as concerts, festivals, camps, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with maintenance, upkeep, and organization within the stadium.
- Assist the Director of Stadium Operations with various operations projects around the stadium.
- Perform various operations tasks before our facility opens, such as cleaning the seating bowl and concourse, hosing and pressure washing various areas of the ballpark, cleaning our hospitality areas, assisting with set up of any activation within the ballpark, and various duties as needed.
- Operate power equipment, such as leaf blowers, pressure washers, shredder vacs, etc.
- Responsible for making sure all areas of our facility are cleaned and prepared for the day’s events.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required
- Ability to perform general labor including lifting heavy objects, bending, and walking and standing for long periods of time.
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions, including but not limited to extreme hot, cold, and rain.
- Experience with power equipment, such as pressure washers, leaf blowers, etc.
- Must be self-motivated and have excellent organizational skills.
- Must be flexible with working days, nights, weekends, and holidays including in an outdoor stadium environment from March to October.
- Must be available during the early hours of the day.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the stadium.
- Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication, and attention to detail.
