Job Description
This position is responsible for processing and maintaining season and group ticket accounts for Group Sales, Season Sales and Season Services through Archtics and Fan360.
Primary (Essential) Duties
- Enter and retrieve information from the Archtics and Fan360 (CRM) systems
- Work closely with Season, Inside, Group and Season Service representatives
- Maintain season and group ticket accounts by assigning seats, posting payments and printing tickets through the Archtics ticketing system
- Work in conjunction with Community Affairs and Fantasy Camp contacts to facilitate ticketing needs
- Generate reports from Archtics as needed.
- Provide guidance to the Ticket Operations game day staff as needed
- Assist Sr. Manager with box office duties
- Administrate Archtics system functions such as creating events, managing event updates, and building price codes.
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications Required
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of the Archtics, HOST, TM1 and CRM systems a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills
