The Senior Director of Marketing is primarily responsible for leading the creation and development of all marketing, branding, digital, experiential, and promotional strategies and tactical execution platforms for NFL Football, domestic and international, as well as for concerts & live events at Daily’s Place Amphitheater and EverBank Stadium.
Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire Marketing and Content departments including brand strategy, performance and influencer marketing, social and digital teams and creative services including graphic design
  • Support revenue generation activities including partnership marketing and ticket sales & service to enhance sponsor and consumer value and increase ticket sales
  • Oversee all multi-pronged marketing functions including strategic marketing partnerships
  • Lead the integration of the marketing strategy and coordinate marketing plans with all functional departments
  • Implement measurable strategies that will drive customer acquisition increased brand equity
  • Develop a marketing plan that reaches target segments quickly and effectively
  • Establish a best-in-class mobile experience to best communicate and build community engagement
  • Lead the continued development of Jaguars social media initiatives to create a best-in-class social media presence
  • Develop and effectively communicate brand strategy
  • Work with cross functional marketing teams to ensure effective execution of brand strategies and campaigns
  • Lead the management of the marketing budget and calendar
  • Oversee digital marketing platforms including the Jacksonville Jaguars and Bold Events
  • Develop data-driven fan engagement strategies to help internal and external partners connect with the Jacksonville Jaguars
  • Execute integrated marketing platforms and campaigns that drive revenue and relevancy for the Jacksonville Jaguars
  • Provide leadership and support to all departments, domestic and international, to deliver value and integrate a consistent marketing message

Qualifications Required

  • Proven experience in planning, delivering, and measuring strategic marketing, corporate partnership and sales campaigns
  • 10+ years of leading high performing marketing teams, preferably within sports, entertainment, live events, and concerts
  • Work with outside agencies and third-party partners
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • Master’s degree in marketing
