Job Description
Indy Eleven runs camps, primarily from April to August, but also year round. We are seeking Camp Coaches, at four different levels, to assist in running these camps. As a Camp Coach you will be responsible for a group throughout the duration of a soccer camp. You will oversee the set-up of exercises and coaching for a specific age group to ensure a fun and enjoyable experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set up all fields for teams to utilize for morning sessions.
- Direct your age group (i.e. 11-12) through sessions and exercises.
- Meet with your age group in the morning to get day started and take attendance.
- Follow the timeline that the Camp Director has set, ensuring camp activities stay on time.
- Assist other Camp Coaches in getting equipment out and setting up for day.
- Maintain good attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications Required
- Proven self-starter, independent, energetic, and well organized.
- Coaching and/or playing experience
- Willingness to engage players and coaches and step out of comfort zone.
- Flexibility in schedule to arrive early and stay late, when needed.
- Outgoing, with the ability to effectively interact with managers, co-workers, partners, fans, and the general public.
- Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
