Job Description

GMHA is looking for an outgoing, skilled hockey professional who possesses extensive knowledge of modern hockey fundamentals, as well as experience with creating, implementing, and overseeing on-ice development programs to join its team.

The Director of Hockey Operations will hold a variety of hockey-related (on-ice and off-ice), administrative, and official responsibilities as part of their overall mandate to plan, organize, administer, and improve GMHA’s hockey programs.

The GMHA Director of Hockey Operations will work closely with the GMHA Development Committee to execute Player Development Strategies, across all levels of sport, while reporting directly to the GMHA Board of Directors. The Director of Hockey Operations, in consultation with the Board of Directors, will have sufficient authority to conduct the daily management of their duties, according to budgetary limitations and approved policies.
