Job Description
As part of the Zawyer Sports organization, the Jacksonville Icemen strive to provide affordable family sports entertainment with an emphasis on quality fan experiences, community engagement and producing a competitive sports team. The coordinator of Youth and Adult hockey will be responsible for driving ticket revenue for the Jacksonville Icemen by supporting and leveraging the organizations Youth & Adult Hockey Strategy, its programs, and initiatives in collaboration with the Community Relations Department. Provide additional support in growing and developing relationships in the hockey community.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the oversight, development, and management of Jacksonville Icemen hockey ticketing initiatives to leverage and maintain revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with Community Relations to create and implement new revenue streams tied to strategic grassroots initiatives with our programs (all other local rinks) and Street Hockey Initiatives.
- Develop, grow, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in conjunction with Fan Development in the North Florida amateur hockey space, and work to expand ticket revenue opportunities provided by these programs.
- Work with the Igloo & other local rinks to develop and sell ticket packages to adult leagues, tournament teams, camps, and other amateur hockey programming.
- Create customized group outing packages by leveraging the Icemen fan experience packages, including mites-on-ice intermission and Rink of Dreams ice rentals, private Vystar dark day ice rentals, private meeting spaces and premium hospitality areas.

Qualifications Required
- Generate leads independently through prospecting, canvassing, networking and referrals.
- Maintain complete and accurate computerized records of all client interactions in the CRM database.
- Work home games and other events to support ticket sales initiatives; this position requires working occasional weekday and weekend afternoons and evenings, occasional holidays, and assigned hockey programming initiatives through both Ticketing and Fan Development
- Act as representative and liaison between the Community First Igloo and Jacksonville Icemen at local, regional, and national events
- Other duties as assigned
