Job Description
- Ensure that all the necessary equipment is available for training sessions and for all games played by the team, and that it’s securely stored when the team is not in operation.
- Assume control and inventory of all necessary equipment used by the team staff and athletes.–
- Ensure that the set-ups for facilities have the equipment packed as required.
- In cooperation with the Senior Manager, Basketball Operations, coordinate all activities related to transportation, accommodations, and meals during training camps and at competitions.
- Manage the equipment for training camp and competition. Ensure uniformity, and that all athletes have the right items for practice, and games as per the Coordinator, Women’s & Men’s Basketball Operation’s request.
- Assist in the daily operations within the WHP Operations Team
- Responsible for gear inventory count and organization of WHP Items.
- Assist with equipment preparation leading into a training camp. This includes packing jerseys, shoes, staff and athlete gear, gym equipment, PA and Integrated Support Team (IST) equipment.

Qualifications Required
- Possess a valid Drivers License along with a personal vehicle.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills. – clear and effective communication with players, coaches, and staff to address concerns and collaborate on equipment-related matters.
- Excellent organization skills as well as creative thinking skills
- Ability to efficiently manage and prioritize tasks, maintain detailed records, and coordinate equipment logistics for practices, games, and travel.
- Meticulousness in inspecting, maintaining, and equipment to ensure equipment inventory is up
