Job Description

  • Contribute to Golf Canada’s national and divisional marketing strategy that is focused on communicating clear and effective messaging through insights, content and creative.
  • Work with various cross functional groups at Golf Canada towards the creation of collateral material that support the communication objectives.
  • Strong digital acumen across various social platforms with experience optimizing creative and copy for greatest consumer impact.
  • Review creative materials and messaging to ensure brand consistency and alignment with strategic positioning.
  • Protect the integrity of the brand while supporting business divisions with materials to support various programs.
  • Comfortable analyzing data and providing insights and recommendations.
  • Manage intake of marketing requests from other divisions and ensure accurate briefing and fulfillment of collateral and activity.
  • Ensure executional excellence across all marketing plans.
  • Support execution of e-commerce strategy

Qualifications Required

  • University/College degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, agency experience, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in a marketing and/or communications role
  • Experience executing campaigns across social platforms.
  • Excellent ability to work with various functions and execute campaign programs accordingly.
  • Excellent ability to produce written materials on deadline that cater to different audiences.
  • Strong communicator with a proven record of building meaningful relationships.
  • Strategic and creative thinker with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience developing content for a variety of media and social platforms.
