Job Description
- Instill the following into the fabric of our staff culture and overall stadium operations – communication, pro-activeness, urgency, thoroughness, and professionalism.
- Work closely with other departments and staff to improve the overall stadium appearance, fan experience, and increase attendance.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of specific promotional nights. Work with groups and marketing departments to generate revenue and promote such nights.
- Research New Business and maintain current client databases.
- Manage and develop sponsorship inventory reports.
- Assist in the development of the client incentive program.
- Assist groups department reach targeted demographics.
- Communicate with potential clients.

Qualifications Required
- Completing or completion of four-year college degree in Sport Management, Business or related field
- Desire for career in the sports industry
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work full-time starting ASAP through September 2024
- Ability to work all home games and other various stadium events throughout the year
