Job Description

  • Instill the following into the fabric of our staff culture and overall stadium operations – communication, pro-activeness, urgency, thoroughness, and professionalism.
  • Work closely with other departments and staff to improve the overall stadium appearance, fan experience, and increase attendance.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of specific promotional nights.   Work with groups and marketing departments to generate revenue and promote such nights.
  • Research New Business and maintain current client databases.
  • Manage and develop sponsorship inventory reports.
  • Assist in the development of the client incentive program.
  • Assist groups department reach targeted demographics.
  • Communicate with potential clients.

Qualifications Required

  • Completing or completion of four-year college degree in Sport Management, Business or related field
  • Desire for career in the sports industry
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to work full-time starting ASAP through September 2024
  • Ability to work all home games and other various stadium events throughout the year
