Job Description
- Work with supervisors in Digital on developing and implementing new business strategies and ideas at the PGA TOUR
- Manage projects on a day-to-day basis, including project implementation, timelines and approvals, and project marketing plans, and client reactions
- Compile information and data for reports, charts and presentations as requested or scheduled; create Microsoft PowerPoint presentations
- Track budget goals and pipelines
- Assist in the development and implementation of Partnership Program by fostering positive relationships with our partners
- Collaborate with representatives of partnership accounts to assist them in achieving their objectives by fully utilizing their relationship with the TOUR
- Manage TOUR fan email schedule
- Manage email marketing creation, execution, and follow-up consisting of evaluation, reporting on campaign results, and consulting with clients on findings
- Assist Director-Partnership Management in developing and strengthening relationships by interacting with clients and other TOUR departments
- Perform administrative work as needed, including scheduling, phones, travel planes, filing and copying
- Special projects or other duties as assigned

Qualifications Required
- Bachelors degree or equal experience in related field
- A minimum of three years of project work in marketing operations focusing on creative and analytical aspects, with increased responsibility.
- Basic MS Application skills with advanced PowerPoint and Excel Skills
