Job Description
- Manage and maintain IT ticket board; prioritizing and executing tickets on a daily basis
- Maintain service level on ticket response times
- Monthly on call rotation
- Maintaining system and network related inventory
- Upkeep of office inventory
- Maintain & organized office and data centers
- Inspect all IT Assets for usability
- Remove any unused technology from office floor
- Assist with Tier 1 support at Agoura Hills and CLU office locations
- Install, upgrade, license & troubleshoot applications on Windows and Apple devices

Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science preferred, but not required
- Previous work experience as an IT support specialist is a plus
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, great work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of Azure Active Directory and the Office 365 suite
- Understanding of network topology
- Ability to install and configure Windows OS & Mac OS
