Job Description
- Assist in the development and communication training plan/calendar
- Keep track of the athletes’ progress and provide feedback and guidance to athlete
- Collaborate with support staff (physician, physiotherapist, nutritionist, sport psychologist and any other support staff)
- Assist with the development of music and choreography for national team routines
- Collaborate with the high-performance director for all training and competition logistics
- If applicable, participate in and coordinate media appearances and/or any promotional activities with the high-performance director and communications manager

Qualifications Required
- In-depth knowledge of the new artistic swimming scoring system
- Strong Communication and Leadership Skills
- Coaching experience at national team level: We require a minimum of 2 years of coaching experience at national team level or similar. This experience should demonstrate your ability to work with elite athletes, manage training programs, and contribute to the overall success of the national team.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changes in training methods, techniques, and training formats is essential. You should be open-minded, flexible, and willing to continuously learn and grow as a coach.
