Job Description

The Chief Revenue Officer is responsible for leading all commercial departments within the company including ticket sales and corporate partnership sales. The position includes accountability in generating marketing revenue through selling corporate sponsorships and fulfilling all contracted sponsorship elements during events at Greater Nevada Field. The Chief Revenue Officer is a member of the Leadership Team guiding all aspects of the present and future businesses represented at Greater Nevada Field.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  • Provide leadership across assigned departments and throughout Organization to establish consistent alignment in achieving Organization objectives
  • Oversee Ticket Sales department to maximize attendance at Aces games and Stadium events
    • Full and partial season membership sales to defined B2B and B2C prospects
    • Group event sales including premium hospitality and suites
  • Oversee Corporate Partnerships to lead strategies, practices, and goals for marketing/advertising partnerships at Aces games and Stadium events.
  • Develop Business Intelligence resources between marketing and ticket sales to ensure lead universe is consistently updated and refreshed.
  • Provide individual revenue contribution through the sales of corporate partnerships for the Aces and Greater Nevada Field
    • Prospect and close new corporate sponsorships by identifying key open categories and new opportunities.
    • Develop unique and customized concepts for proposals and presentations.
    • Achieve budgeted sales goals annually.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sports management, or related field required.
  • Minimum 4 years event management experience.
  • Experienced manager with demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Strong motivational and leadership skills.
