Job Description
The Gameday Premium Hospitality Assistant is a part-time, in-season position during all Steelers home games that will help enhance the Premium gameday experience as companies and their guests arrive to their pregame Premium Hospitality locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with setting up Premium Hospitality areas prior to guests arriving
- Meet and greet all Premium guests and answer any preliminary questions
- Proactively assists all guests with the highest level of customer service and hospitality
- Receive and quickly act upon requests or issues that arise from guests; refer pressing issues to supervisor
- Knowledge of Premium Hospitality amenities and Acrisure Stadium seating is a must
- Establish and maintain cooperative and professional relationship with peers, supervisors, and all other members of the organization
- Perform additional functions and duties as directed by the Premium Hospitality & Group Sales Manager
- Must be able to work all Steelers home regular season games

Qualifications Required
- Strong, courteous customer service skills a must
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Comfortable interacting with a premium hospitality guests
- Availability must align with Steelers home game schedule
