Job Description
Duties will vary day to day but primarily are assisting to prepare a site for a World Championship event. You will be assisting during and after the event and assisting with the day to day operations prior to the event. Duties will include helping with all sport and facility needs prior to, during and after the event, including but not limited to:
- Help staff and volunteers prepare and clean up after the event.
- Greet participants at the airport, or lake.
- Help participants with equipment at the airport, or at the lake.
- Help in managing equipment.
- Assist officials with technical equipment.
- – Assist with dock needs.
- Liason with athletes and leaders as needed.
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information and assistance to guests regarding events, facilities etc.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the designated areas.
- Assist with Registration.
- Respond to participant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with “clean up” and “take down” of the events.
- Assist with food / drink delivery to officials.

Qualifications Required
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
- Experience working with young adults in a “sport” environment is a plus.
- Experience participating in a large sporting event is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide exceptional service
