Job Description
- Team USA is going to the Olympics and this department is looking for an enthusiastic intern to help us reach our fundraising goals.
- Manage donor data entry for complex peer to peer campaign & annual fund. Assist in improving the efficiency and organization of the donor management platform.
- Event focus: procuring silent auction items and assisting in execution at event, event décor, on course activity, and day of execution.
- Aid in the stewardship & solicitation of donors via mailings, events, and hospitality.
- Assist in campaign activation(s).

Qualifications Required
- Interest/experience in non-profit/volunteer work
- Events management or volunteer experience
- Comfortable with meeting and interacting with individuals and groups
- Proficiency in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- CRM database (or equivalent) knowledge (not required, preferred)
- Working knowledge of email and calendaring
- Strong organization/multi-tasking skills and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to be a self-starter—proactive and flexible
- Willingness to help as needed and be a team player
