Job Description
provide support to Foundation/Community Development department around special events, such as game night 50/50 raffle, silent auction, jersey raffle, theme nights, Try Hockey for Free Day, Girls Hockey Weekend and Equipment Sale.
Learning Objectives:
- Knowledge and understanding of event planning.
- Understanding of basic guest relations and customer service techniques.
- Knowledge and understanding of database management.
- Knowledge and understanding of fan development strategies.
Intern Benefits:
- In-person internship with 20-30 intern hours available each week, plus community events/appearances
- Internship timeline – September – April

Qualifications Required
- Must be enrolled in a four-year college or university.
- Must receive college credit for internship.
- Hockey experience and/or skating skills recommended.
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
- Flexibility and willingness to work both traditional and non-traditional office hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
