Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Computer Systems Administrator to join our growing car games gaming company. You will be responsible for maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring systems remain secure, stable, and available, and providing technical support to employees across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, managing systems, improving infrastructure, and working in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers, workstations, and network infrastructure.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, storage, and network connectivity.
  • Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and hardware.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, access controls, and security policies.
  • Maintain backups, disaster-recovery procedures, and system documentation.
  • Monitor and respond to system alerts, outages, and technical incidents.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues.
  • Maintain security tools, endpoint protection, firewalls, and system updates.
  • Support cloud services, remote-work infrastructure, and internal business applications.
  • Work with developers and other technical teams to maintain reliable development and production environments.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive IT administration and maintenance tasks.
  • Document configurations, procedures, incidents, and solutions.
  • Assist with IT procurement, hardware deployment, and technology upgrades.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in systems administration or IT infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux administration.
  • Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and network troubleshooting.
  • Experience with virtualization, cloud services, backups, and monitoring tools.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and access management.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple technical issues.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a gaming, software, technology, or online-services environment.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or similar cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of Docker, containers, virtualization, or infrastructure automation.
  • Experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or other scripting languages.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, monitoring, and DevOps practices.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco certifications.
