 Job Description

  • Implement policies and directives of the Manager to achieve departmental objectives
  • Assist with daily financial monitoring, reporting and action response
  • Control labour costs and ensure they are in line with budgets and business levels
  • Manage performance of Workers and conduct performance evaluations on workers under his/her control
  • Plan and oversee the execution of training, including all proper documentation
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payroll
  • Provide immediate response to product and service shortfalls
  • Coordination of accident/incident procedures along with documentation
  • Assist in preparing operating and capital budgets
  • Develop & maintain strong, positive working relationships with all Blue Mo

Qualifications RequiredQualifications Required

  • Post-Secondary Commerce/Business/Recreation degree or equivalent is preferred
  • Previous aquatics instructing and lifeguarding experience
  • Experienced NLS and LSS Instructor, and qualified LSS Examiner
  • Previous Resort leadership experience is an asset
