 Job Description

  • Responsible for developing and launching new ticket sales initiatives including season ticket memberships, partial plans, upgrade campaigns, single game ticket promotions and group sales programs
  • Develop department business plan, training manuals and strategy, policies and procedures
  • Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, managing and reviewing performance of the staff
  • Responsible for establishing sales and training goals for the staff
  • Responsible for successful on-sale of all ticket sales products including timeline, e-marketing campaigns, inventory management and online activation.
  • Responsible for sales cadence management within sales engagement platform including touchpoint schedule, email templates & analysis of performance.
  • Work closely with marketing team in planning and executing new sales events
  • Actively use business analytics tools to review the performance of ticket sales initiatives, track campaign progress, target KPIs and performance of staff members
  • Work with marketing and business analytics teams to develop effective new ticket sales campaigns & identify sources for ticket buyer leads.
  • Work with ticket office to ensure processes and policies are fully defined and upheld to result in seamless account functionality and tracking
  • Work with other directors to develop strategic outreach campaigns, new sales packages and opportunities for new sales that drive incremental revenue
  • Act as a management point of contact for all escalated service issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage annual budget set for the department
  • Conduct weekly training sessions to enhance sales and service skillset of the staff
  • Assign and monitor KPIs for the staff to ensure staff members are set up for success
  • Attend sales calls and meetings with the staff
  • Create weekly outreach calendars, cadences and targets for the staff
  • Responsible for cultivating a positive office culture and creating incentive programs for staff members
  • Actively research and analyze new technology, trends and developments with the industry to provide ideas and insight to improve new business strategy

Qualifications RequiredQualifications Required

  • Bachelor Degree from accredited university or college
  • Minimum of five years of working in the sports industry or business related field
  • Minimum of five two years of supervisory experience in hiring, training, managing a team of full time staff
  • Experience in creating and executing a strategic plan
  • Excellent organizational skills, leadership skills, customer service skills
  • Enthusiastic, tireless teacher, innovative with growth mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Paciolan and Salesforce.com software knowledge a plus
