Job Description
Job DescriptionAs a volunteer member of the CGC Sport Committee, the Athlete Representative’s (Athlete Rep) role is to provide the Committee with the athlete perspective on matters related to sport technical and participant care and comfort. The Athlete Rep will work with other Committee members and staff to further the CGC’s strategic priorities as they relate to sport technical and participant care and comfort.
Qualifications Required
Qualifications Required- Canada Games alumnus
- Broad based knowledge of the Canada Games
- Broad based knowledge of the Canadian sport system
- A keen eye of the correlation between sport technical decisions of the Canada Games and the broader impact on the Canadian sport system
- Specific knowledge of the care and comfort needs of participants at multi sport Games
