Job Description
Job Description- Establish the Kraken Training Center staff as the preeminent facility staff in the northwest
- Serve as Kraken Training Center Manager on Duty
- Hire, develop and manage customer first front office staff culture
- Schedule, manage and supervise hourly full time and part-time front desk, skate monitor and concession staff
- Manage admissions POS, skate rentals and sharpening
- Collaborate with the restaurant to manage concessions process
- Support Seattle Kraken Skating Academy programming and administration
Qualifications Required
Qualifications Required- Experience with youth sports at the recreational and elite level
- Understanding of event and on-ice programming – hockey and figure skating
- Skating experience
- Experience with POS and facility management software (ideally DASH)
