 Job Description

  • Responsible for participating in all application development activities as well as systems maintenance and support
  • Participates in the design, programming, testing, documentation, training, and implementation of all application enhancements per business requirements
  • Creates and maintains development standards including documentation, version control, and other items
  • Maintains appropriate contact with business stakeholders and project teams to communicate project status
  • Documents and maintains regular software upgrade schedules to ensure maximum system availability and reliability
  • Stays current on technology applicable to our software applications
  • During the Masters Tournament, ensures operability and uptime of all applicable systems and provides immediate support for any issues that arise
  • Responsible for other development tasks and duties as assigned
  • Performs other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including the preparation and support of the Masters Tournament
  • Maintain the strict confidentiality of Augusta National Golf Club, its staff and membership, and all aspects of the business

Qualifications RequiredQualifications Required

  • Proven software development experience with the following languages:  VB/C# .Net, JavaScript, Angular 1
  • Proven experience with creating/modifying SQL procedures, views, and queries, relational database design as well as the Microsoft Entity Framework
  • Proven experience developing Windows Apps, MVC Web Apps, Windows Services, and ASP.Net Web API
  • Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to translate business requirements into solutions
  • Experience with different application development methodologies including Agile
  • Prior experience with ticketing applications is a plus
  • Prior experience in the Sports and Entertainment industries is a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities through effective organization and communication
  • Ability to maintain composure and focus while working in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and workload in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment
  • Strong self-motivation, disciplined problem solver
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
