Reporting to the Retail Sales & Operations Specialist, the Retail Sales & Operations Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of the daily front end and back-end operations of our brick and mortar retail store, sales on game day and non-game day store hours, kiosk(s) and ecommerce sites (with a primary focus on ecommerce). In addition, this detail-oriented candidate will assist with TD Ballpark inventory management, customer service, retail sales & promotions, and game day staffing.
  • Ensure that the ultimate fan experience and service is consistently delivered & all customer issues are dealt with in a prompt & courteous manner.
  • Oversee our two ecommerce platforms, via Shopify and MiLB Auctions
  • Collaborate with Jays Shop Supervisors on day-to-day operations including: Opening/closing, processing sales, and cash reconciliation.
  • Execute full physical inventory counts at minimum of 2 times per year to maintain accurate data in inventory management system
  • Assist with product ordering and receiving, inventory processing and stocking
  • Collaborate with Retail Specialist on staff uniform distribution
  • Continued collaboration with Toronto merchandise department & all departments located in Florida (TDBP & PDC)
  • Achieve online sales revenue goals though accurate product cataloging & website maintenance
  • Collaborate with graphic/social coordinator to market and promote online and in store sales
  • Identify opportunities to implement and improve upon current standards and practices
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications RequiredQualifications Required

  • College Degree or working towards degree
  • Experience with Yellowdog, Appetize, or similar inventory management and POS systems
  • Experience with Shopify or similar ecommerce platform
  • Highly motivated and adaptable
  • Strong project management, verbal, and communication skills
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays as required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 40 lbs, stand for entire length of shift, walk throughout stadium (if needed), may be required to work in confined/narrow spaces, ability to work in variable temperatures.
  • Experience in photography/video or use of Adobe Cloud a plus
