Job Description
Box Office staff work gamedays as the first face fans will see when entering the stadium. Box Office staff members provide excellent customer service when assisting gameday patrons with purchasing single match tickets and handling other ticket services and questions. They are also responsible for helping to monitor health and safety protocols.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide excellent customer service, problem solving and communication skills
- Troubleshoot ticketing issues and answer questions about Republic FC and stadium.
- Sell single match tickets to walk-up customers (if applicable). Note that single match tickets may not be available for the 2021 season due to COVID-19 protocols.
- Operate Ticketmaster ticketing programs including Archtics, Account Manager, SRFC mobile app and TMSales
- Such other duties, activities, and roles as the company from time to time may designate in its sole and absolute discretion.
- Ensure that guests comply with Republic FC’s policies and procedures, including those related to COVID-19 safety requirements.

Qualifications Required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient computer skills including experience.
- Experience with Archtics or other TM products is preferred.
- Ability to handle monetary transactions.
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekend and holidays.
- Passion for Republic FC and soccer in general is preferred.
- Dependable, trustworthy with strong interpersonal skills.
