The Dragons are looking for a groups salesperson. If hired for this position you will be assigned various group sales campaigns, as well as be provided with an established book of group renewals. You will be responsible for booking meetings, making outbound sales calls (some warm, many cold), selling group outings, hospitality packages, season ticket plans, and servicing current season ticket holders plus…
- Renew season ticket and ticket package accounts from year to year
- Provide unsurpassed customer service to all clients as well as co-workers
- Generate new business through leads lists, name collection activities, cold calls, speaking engagements, networking events, etc.
- Maintain and service group sales contacts ranging from luxury suites, party decks, hospitality areas, and group seating
- Follow and implement all team sales programs and call scripts
- Help develop new sales promotions
- Assist with team sales campaigns ranging from Little Leagues, School outings, Church outings, Scout groups, and more
- Work games
- Attend networking events
- And others assigned to you by your supervisor
Qualifications Required
You should have strong communication skills and superior customer service abilities, plus…
- College degree
- Proven record of establishing and maintaining professional relationships
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in basic software programs (Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Ability to work long hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Have own dependable vehicle and transportation
- Previous experience in group ticket sales is preferred
- Experience with ticket systems is a plus
