Job Description
- Assist in development and coordination of all in-game elements at each Wood Ducks home game including, but not limited to, pre-game presentations, ballpark experiences, in-game contests and in-game recognitions
- Assist with seasonal staff scheduling and management
- Involved with the creation and development of in-game events and promotions
- Assist with Scoreboard/Birthday & Anniversary Message feature
- Fulfill program and media guide online/phone orders
- Compile, enter and organize membership data for the Kids Club
- Receive and reply to internal and external promotional inquiries
- Other related duties as required
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications Required
- Able to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Must be able to work evenings , weekends and holidays, as required
- Demonstrates creativity and problem-solving skills
- Qualified applicants are required to be available to work all game days and major team events for the Baseball Season
