Job Description
- Welcome fans to the ballpark.
- Assist in the resolution of fans needs and complaints.
- Handle the Customer Care Booth.
- Check-in all first pitches.
- Notify supervisor of any accidents or incidents.
- Assist with lost and found items.
- Inform fans on upcoming promotions/events at that ballpark.
- Enforce all ballpark policies.
- Additional duties may be assigned.
Qualifications Required
- Customer service oriented.
- Must be able to work Opening Day and July 3rd.
- Must be able to lift, pull, push and/or carry 50 pounds as necessary.
- Strong communication skills preferred.
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions to include extreme heat, cold and rain.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including but not limited to days, nights, weekends and holidays.
