Job Description
- Primary contact and most client-facing member of the F&B department
- Plan, setup, and execute catering, picnic, and suite service for games and events
- Coordinate with Executive Chef on timing, menus, staffing needs, and client expectations
- Coordinate with the Events Department on planning, rentals, setup, and contracts
- Coordinate with the Director of F&B on standard operating procedures, training materials, pricing, and beverage program
- Wine and spirits inventory and purchasing
- Disposables and n/a beverage inventory and purchasing
- Lead daily Banquet Event Order (BEO) briefings and diligently oversee operations during homestands and events (picnic areas, suites, Legacy and Solon clubs.)
- Closing Manager on Duty (MOD) for events as needed, including events with no premium component
Qualifications Required
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Minimum 2 years of catering experience
- Sales, culinary, and bartending experience preferred
- College degree in the restaurant/hotel field preferred
- Small business experience preferred
