ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Deliver Texas Hospitality to all Guests of Globe Life Field and Choctaw Stadium
• Greeting and directing Guests, and answering questions about Globe Life Field/Choctaw Stadium offerings and polices
• Welcoming Guests into the venue and ensuring they are set up for a great experience
• Resolve Guest concerns and accommodate special requests
• Use knowledge of Globe Life Field and Rangers history to engage with Guests to deliver exceptional service.
• Promote a safe and friendly environment for all Guests by identifying and reporting inappropriate behavior, safety risks, and medical situations.
• Positions include Ticket Scanner, Bag Check, Usher, Elevator Operator, Escalator Operation, Guest Services, and Ambassador
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed and as directed by leadership
• All other duties as assigned

• A positive attitude and a service mindset
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including but not limited to days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to continuously stand and walk 4-10 hours throughout the venue
• Ability lift and/or pull up to 15 lbs.
