Job Description
- Managing the Authentics Program – Duties apply to Coors Field & Rally Store locations
- Prepping displays for each series and new inventory
- Planning and acquiring necessary inventory to maximize program potential
- Deciding pricing and method for premium product sales
- Daily sales reporting and reconciliation
- Direct contact with MLB and Authenticators for Authentication Program
- Create and cultivate customer base and database
- Assist in hiring, training, and motivation of Authentics staff
- Establish, maintain, and teach customer skills of the highest level
- Advise supervisors of purchasing trends, needs and concerns
- Plans and operates all Garage Sale Events
- Other duties as job requires
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s Degree minimum requirement
- 5 years experience in retail operations preferred
- Expert levels of customer service, cash handling, writing, oral communication, sales, research and analysis are required. Proficient levels of computer and administrative skills are required
- This is a retail-oriented position and the hours can vary as needed
- Strong ability to work well with co-workers and supervisors in a team environment
