Job DescriptionThe Nashville Predators offer full-time college students the opportunity to gain hands on experience and earn college credit at the same time! The Preds are seeking an energetic individual who is enthusiastic and committed to executing and learning more about Game Presentation for the Fall 2022 semester. You must be eligible to earn academic credit for this internship. Please read below for requirements and description.
Internship Responsibilities:
- Assist and collaborate with Game Presentation department in the preparation and execution of Nashville Predators home games
- Learn, plan, and execute elements of the Game Presentation show
- Work with Event Producer to develop scripts and rundowns for all home games
- Shadow a variety of positions on game night including stage manager, camera, graphics, video playback, replay, and more
- Assist in the procurement of game and live elements for production such as props, prizes, coupons, talent, etc.
- Desire to learn basic editing, videography, and graphic creation skills
Qualifications Required
Qualifications Required- Must receive academic credit for the completion of the internship
- Ability to collaborate with creative leads to achieve production goals
- Juniors and Seniors preferred, but not required
- Excellent writing and public speaking skills
- Good knowledge of entertainment, current pop culture trends, and hockey
- Strong computer skills
- Position requires flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and some late nights as dictated by the home game schedule and events
