  • Grow Revenue and Fan Engagement
  • Develop and manage commercial relationships with Emerging Platform Partners
  • Maximize revenue opportunities with Emerging Platform Partners through creative and compelling consumer product offerings
  • Lead fan engagement strategy by creatively identifying products, content, and marketing initiatives for fans to engage with Emerging Platform Partners
  • Administer custom and bespoke activation programs for Partners that will support revenue and engagement KPIs
  • Oversee and present customized and impactful presentations; write persuasive proposals
Strengthen Emerging Platform Partnerships 
  • Direct day-to-day Partner relationships as the lead contact
  • Manage strong relationships and build credibility with Partners
  • Gain a deep understanding of Partners’ business and strategy
  • Oversee the development and execution of activation platforms that meet clients’ business goals and enhance the fan experience
  • Strategize with Partners to implement TOUR-themed advertising and promotions
  • Monitor contractual elements to ensure they are fully executed by TOUR and Partner
  • Manage business planning and budgets for partnerships
Cross Department Coordination and Collaboration 
  • Establish strong cross-department coordination to ensure the execution of various consumer-focused initiatives
  • Lead, mentor and manage work of team members and matrixed staff

Qualifications RequiredQualifications Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or another related field required
  • Minimum 12 years relevant experience managing and growing successful platform partnerships
  • Experience in partnership marketing, brand management, consulting, account management, or business development for a sports league/team, media property, major corporation, or marketing agency
  • Knowledge of, and interest in, the Web3 industry (e.g., blockchain, NFTs, DAOs, etc.) preferred but experience in golf / sports business more important
  • Proven success in managing client/partner relationships
  • Exceptional managerial, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to own multiple projects, displaying strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
