Job Description
The Employee Experience Intern is responsible for helping and assisting with HR projects and recruitment for new hires in the 2023 off-season.
Role Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews for multiple departments
- Maintain and properly handle employee files
- Create and provide welcome boxes for new hires
- Upload and onboard employee information into HRIS (UltiPro)
- Assist with team expense reports
- Assist with college outreach and university job board postings
- Collaborate with employees on a day-to-day basis
- Track progress, deadlines and priorities of all Employee Experience projects
- Assist the Employee Experience department with projects as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications Required
- 0 – 1 year experience in any area of Human Resources
- Able to work in a professional and confidential manner
- Ability to multi-task with a strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Efficiently work in a fast-paced flexible environment
- Personal transportation to and from the office/offsite events
- Desire to grow in a Human Resources field
- Required to physically be in the office three days a week (flexible on days/times)
- The Internship is expected to be from March 1 – August 31
- Ability to work 20 - 40 hours a week and overtime as needed
