Columbus Crew is seeking a Membership Services Representative to ensure a positive overall fan experience and maintain season ticket memberships through the team’s passionate members and supporters. This is achieved through face to face interactions, consistent proactive touchpoints, and creating unique experiences and WOW moments. The position is responsible for providing first-class service including developing strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for business growth.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  •  Identify opportunities for up-sells, add-ons, and referral business from clients as well as collaborate with sales representatives to maximize revenue
  •  Create and develop first-class rapport with Season Ticket Members, clients and supporters of Columbus Crew
  •  Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Season Ticket Members
  •  Build strong relationships with Season Ticket Members through proactive communication including seat visits, phone calls, e-mails, off-site meetings and other channels
  •  Develop and execute creative solutions with clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction with the Crew brand
  •  Assist in development and execution of membership benefits and programs
  •  Support match-day responsibilities including on-field program execution, membership service program execution and staffing coordination
  •  Support client base in teaching ticket utilization techniques
  •  Meet defined membership extension and new business goals
  •  All other duties as assigned

Qualifications RequiredQualifications Required

  •  College graduate (4) year degree required
  •  Minimum of 1-2 years of successful experience in sports, hospitality or entertainment is preferred
  •  High proficiency in building and maintaining positive relationships
  •  Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse population, including strong verbal communication skills
  •  Ability to establish priorities and manage time effectively
  •  Creatively find solutions to individual challenges and problems
  •  Ability to work independently, take initiative and willingness to learn
  •  Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  •  Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Power Point, Word, Excel
  •  Proficiency with Salesforce and Archtics software preferred
  •  Sports and entertainment industry experience is preferred
  •  Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
