The Bobblehead Character will enhance the fan experience both at games as well as community events. The ideal candidate must always display a high-energy, enthusiastic, professional, and friendly attitude to Dodger fans at games and outside appearances.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide entertainment to fans before and during the game, fostering a fun and energetic atmosphere at events
• Engage Dodger fans and encourage crowd interaction, participating in meet & greets and photo taking opportunities
• Possess a creative and humorous personality while maintaining a professional demeanor
• Bring the character to life in order to energize those in its presence
• Participate in offsite events throughout the season as requested
• The Bobble Character works with internal departments such as Marketing, Sponsorship, Community Relations, PR, etc.
• Perform other related duties as assigned, which may include becoming part of the Dodger Blue Crew Team as needed

• Previous mascot experience with a professional, collegiate or minor league sports team preferred
• Previous work experience in promotions, performing in costume or active athletics such as cheerleading/gymnastics preferred
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Must be comfortable performing and interacting with fans in front of large crowds and on camera
• Must be able to perform and entertain while wearing a costume for extended periods of time
• Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy work environment
• Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Demonstrate high energy, enthusiasm and excitement
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
