This role is integral to supporting the Clubs in the management of Line-of-Sight (LOS) assets, which are a significant revenue and marketing resource and include all in-arena signage visible to both the fans in arena and game broadcast viewers, including the execution of Digitally Enhanced Dasher boards (DED) across the League.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working in collaboration with various League office departments, including Marketing, Hockey Operations, Business Development, Legal, and others, manage day-to-day engagement with the Clubs on LOS matters, including DED execution, which involve operational and creative execution compliance by each Club for every game. Responsibilities include supporting related League and Club workflow processes associated with the deployment of physical ice-level signage (dasherboards, in-ice, LED, etc.); blue line slot and on-the-glass virtual signage; and DED execution. This includes proactively managing: i) the review/approval process of all Club LOS signage submissions, ii) the scheduling, production, delivery and posting of League partner and marketing creative static dasherboard signage, coordinating execution in collaboration with NHL sales, national network partners, signage vendor(s), building operations, and Club business personnel; iii) liaising with related vendors and in-building commercial coordinators for game night compliance review and monthly reporting; and iv) managing LOS print production budget.

Qualifications RequiredQualifications Required

  • Undergraduate degree required. A minimum of three (3) years of post-graduate employment history required, and League, team, and/or media property experience is preferred. Understanding of the NHL, Club and/or arena operations is a strong plus.

  • Possess superior interpersonal and relationship management skill
  • Demonstrated customer service / account management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal (including written and oral) communication skills
  • Problem-solving capabilities and able to adapt quickly
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment to manage deliverables and meet deadlines
  • Willing to travel and work nights and weekends as needed
  • Possess exceptional technology skills, including fluency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
