Job Description
The Operations & Competition Coordinator in the Pre-Professional Department will oversee and sustain league day-to-day operations and maintain strong relationships with member clubs. Additionally, this position will lead the execution of a successful USL W League and USL League Two seasons in partnership with team members. This position will work closely with USL leadership as well as work cross functionally with additional departments across all of USL HQ.

- Oversee the competition management workflow process for USL League Two and USL W League seasons
- Assist in club education of the competition management software platform as well as league procedures
- Act as point of contact for league competition related items with the league members
- Provide customer service to clubs (troubleshoot registration, etc.)
Qualifications Required
- 1+ years of experience working with the administration and maintenance of sports programs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills are required.
- Experience in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point is necessary.
- Background in sport or event management, specifically soccer, is highly preferred.
- Candidate must be creative and able to think outside the box.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with team members, executives, member clubs, and external partners.
- Ability to work independently in a multi-faceted, fast, fluid, and deadline-driven environment.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic a must.
- Ability to work as business needs require which may include long days, evenings, weekends, occasional holidays, and travel if / when necessary.
- Must have U.S. work authorization.
